For more than ten years, we have been witnessing an increasing dynamic of change in business, politics and society. This is accompanied by losses in productivity, agility and innovative capacity as well as structural and cultural stability. These development trends not only affect companies and organizations, but are also reflected in increasing dissatisfaction and polarization within society. Ever since the early 1990s, this has prompted me to think about what the actual causes of this paradoxical development are and what alternative approaches to solving them might be at both the corporate and societal levels.

Since I was a key account manager in various medium-sized companies in the consulting and ICT industry for more than 30 years, I would like to start here with the entrepreneurial perspective. Because what essentially motivates me to write this blog is that during these three decades I have repeatedly been confronted with contradictions and phenomena that were often not rationally comprehensible to me.

Therefore, in this blog, I would like to share my experiences, ideas and insights with interested parties, companies and organizations, discuss them and, at best, also develop alternative perspectives and solution approaches together with them that initiate truly sustainable and economically meaningful changes.
